I filmed these mating grey seals from a high cliff and a good distance away to avoid disturbing their natural behavior. What initially appeared to be aggression quickly transformed into calmness, revealing a clear and tender bond between the two animals. At one point, they even seemed to gently kiss before mating, showing a surprisingly affectionate interaction. Please enjoy the video, and always remember to keep a respectful distance from seals, whether adults or pups. Additionally, it is very important to keep dogs on leashes when on beaches where seal pups may be resting or being nursed, to help protect these vulnerable creatures.
